Thank you Sven. My mother made me have a Bible study when I was 16. The teacher - a "Special Pioneer" 🙄, told me that if she had not been born into the JW's she would not have been interested if JWs knocked on her door...... I realize how brainwashed she was, to go along with it, for her mother I expect - my mum didn't let me have a choice, either 😕

Agree on every point: As a 'bible study' visiting every meeting I quickly sensed the control and pressure to get baptised. Faded during the pandemic (thank Jehovah for the Zoom meetings! 😅). Definitely woke up after the pandemic. Never went to in-person meetings again.😊❤🇳🇱

Yes, I followed because of my mom, dad grandma and friends and wife. I’m 69 now. I’m definitely out in my head. Because my son is an elder and a pioneer, I still go to the meetings

God gave people free will its up to each individual to decide their own path weather right or wrong weather they learn or not advice is always welcome but the decision should not be forced or manipulated by fear of expulsion that is not free will its tyranny. The advice Jesus gave was two roads or gates he gave advice the road we choose is up to us and knowledge is powerful should not be one way and owned as one persons or orgs truth.
