One thing I'd love to see is the ability to train players in your team to be coaches/managers I don't mean just hiring them as a reserve or assistant coach for your team but actually upgrading coaching abilities to become the next Xabi Alonso, Pep Guardiola, Ruben Amorim etc...

yes, I want been wanting this as well. You should want to bring your management team from job to job but I feel like it never happens. Plus had ass managers after two years still have “no opinion” of me.

Have a doping program. Like all the "Big" clubs do. "Sports science, marginal gains" That's fluffy language for drug doping! Modern sport is riddled with it. Especially football.
