Great video! This is something i've been struggling with lately and i always find myself back to doom scrolling or checking in to app notifications. I think it's truly time to dust off the old notebooks and spend more time with my brain. Having such easy access to the world of the internet is so mind cluttering and overwhelming these days it's insane.. Thank you for this video!
