After our first date, my now husband didn’t call me like he said he would. When he finally called I said look I’m not about to play these games with you and from that point on we talked daily and married 7 months later. I recently asked him when he knew he would marry me and he said when I told him I’m not the one to play wit when he didn’t call a after the first date. Stand your ground ladies he will respect it💗

I very briefly was starting to date this guy who eventually ghosted me. Nothing ever got physical (that’s not what I do) and I resisted texting him again after the initial 2 texts that he ignored. 1 month later I got offered a position where he worked and I had to work for him for 3 months. I could not believe how he acted once we were working together. It was like he really liked me! Acted jealous sometimes. Was always going out of his way to do things for me. Like he was trying to earn his way back into my good graces! He’s been promoted now so has moved away. But crazy the reaction I got simply because I did not beg him or pester him after he ghosted me.

So basically men respect a woman who doesn’t want him. This is why it is said to be with a man who loves you more than you love him rather than the other way around. I’m beginning to think that men don’t trust love that’s given too easily no matter how pure it is because they think there’s gotta be a catch, or at least there “should” be a catch. If it is too good men don’t trust it. Men have created a dangerous game of their own.

Nope. That's not what I get from this. I get you have to be willing to show him what you will allow. If you follow him regularly, he's not just talking about ANY man, he's talking about the man that's your husband. A man follow is your husband. It wakes him up because men can be complacent, immature and if he really is ready for this relationship, then he will wake up. He had to show you that he's changing and yall work together. You don't want to manipulate and find someone who loves you more.

One of the problems is western culture, normalizes sex before marriage, living together, babies before marriage. It’s often times too late when the woman realizes that approach will never benefit her. Start normalizing the opposite and society will take a huge shift. Men will have no choice, but to step up. The power is all in our hands ladies.

Men who can sense this but still manipulate them to give up their bodies are also at fault. They laugh and call her easy when really, she most likely had a traumatic life. Imagine if someone murdered a whole bunch of people. When the time comes to settle down and have a normal life with a wife/ husband and kids, they are arrested and put on trial. On trial, the judge looks at how the murderer was able to get away with it. Imagine him getting released because well… it was the victim’s fault for being too naive to follow him/her to the car or to the alleyway or to his house. Now he’s able to live his or her life like the families he or she traumatized aren’t suffering from the actions he made. If that makes sense. Yes, we know there are serial killers out here so we should know better than to go with a stranger … but does that make the murderer any less wrong??

As a woman I will tell you the reason most women are desperate for men is NOT because they want kids and a family. Its because something went terribly wrong in the father daughter dynamics growing up that led to low self worth and self confidence....and thusly seeking validation from men became that replacement. As a woman who chose not to go the family route in my 20' s(I'm now 41 living an authentic happy child free life and financially free) I too had my moments of desperation but It wasn't until I worked on myself looked at all of my accomplishments that I did on my own to get me to where I am now that the desperation went away....now I seek a man who can offer companionship and go places its just unfortunate that I run into grown men who play little boy games....yes even the wealthy men...so I am single by choice to protect my peace. Men respect women when a man respects himself and they raise self respecting women. So to stop this cycle of F boys and low self esteem women....be a better man to yourself and your family. This starts with the father period.

I agree, we get a lot of respect. So much so that it takes a rare and honest man to sign up for no sex before marriage. I waited until marriage at the age of 24…just to find out that he was never faithful leading up to our marriage and while I was pregnant. Needless to say we divorced shortly afterwards. I’ve remained abstinent over the 10 years following our split. Even though I whole heartedly believe in this walk, it’s a very single walk even while having the BBB’s you taught us about. At this point, I told God that I’m no longer asking for a husband. I pray that if there’s a man that I’m meant to be a wife to, let it be. If not, help me to continue creating the life that I desire on my own 🙏🏽.

As someone who dates woman, a lot of the woman in this generation are desperate and I don’t say that to be disrespectful. I just experience it on this side and definitely witness on the other side. Woman want someone to love. And it’s at the cost of themselves. And self-esteem: Usually. Woman are lovers by nature, so to see so many lower their standards for a loser saddens me. I try to put them on game. But I know because of my sexuality they don’t want to hear it. I’ve gotten plenty from men and I treated them like trash. So I know a man who wants you will adapt, I know these men are acting a plump fool because of the desperation they sense from the women of today. A solution you keep giving them. Is TO CLOSE your legs. So you can see them red flags 🚩

Tony was spot on in this video. “A man won’t respect you unless you’re willing to walk away.” Well, I did just that a year ago and my ex finally acknowledged that I’ve moved on with another man who committed to me. The man I’m with now is intentional about being with me- not just through his words, but his actions. My advice is to never date a man who claims he doesn’t want to be in a relationship, or settle down with one woman. Turn the other way and find a man who wants the same things you want- relationship, marriage, family, etc.

I think it's high time we start placing more emphasis on men being raised to be better instead of constantly putting the onus on women to decipher so much sociopathic behavior that's been normalized. I think this advice is useful, however it could easily be summed up as most men are full of mess until they prove you otherwise. It's exhausting. It also seems odd that men are supposed to be the leaders but arent expected to lead in celibacy. It seems out of order that she has to essentially require him to grow into a man vs having those values for himself.

I wholeheartedly agree with everything you stated. Men are not of God and do not desire healthy dynamics that are sustainable. After some deep thinking, I have come to the realization that and I would argue that a promiscuous male is WORSE than a promiscuous woman. Why? Because (1) women look at men to model their own behavior since women often seek validation and sense of leadership/security to land a lifelong relationship/marriage (2) men often (by society's standards) initiate relationships and invite women into their lives (3) if you have a lack of discipline/self-control, how can you be trusted in other aspects of your life to *lead a woman and family* (because males are so obsessed with submissive women after all and desire to be respected) for a sense of future stability especially as it related to raising children together (males like this is likely to be negligent or absent in child care). Men are the initiators of dysfunction, especially that they lie and give attention to what is not a part of their long term plan rather than be "logical" about the behaviors/consequences that arise from their actions.

After my experience in the dating field I lost ALL respect for men and lost the desire to want a marriage and children. I felt like K. Michelle was right when she said men are not good people. The only reason I’m changing is because the Lord told me don’t trust man, trust him and he will send the one. My heart grew so cold and it’s disturbing to think that some can cause such turmoil to many individuals and later on decide to be better people but leave a trail of hurt, some who may not recover properly. It grieves my spirit and I’m glad I had a veil over me.

A disrespectful man won't have respect for anyone, so ladies don't think you can change a thug by being a saint... They're still gonna be a playa... But a respectable man who is God fearing will know a good woman who is a gift. God made woman to be a man's helpmate. But if it's not a union in God, then it won't be blessed. A woman can't change a man either, and she shouldn't want to be a man's reason to be his best self. That belongs to God. God wants every one of us to love him above all, and to do good for him. If you put a man or woman first, it will not be blessed. Worldly people will always seek to indulge in pleasures of the flesh.

I wasn’t mad at him,I’m still not. I know I’m lovable and the right person is going to adore me. Honestly my confidence ever since has been better, because I know I have the power to walk away from something I so desperately want. Respect from a man means nothing. It is a circular argument. They only "respect" what they believe they will lose. That's called emotional labour and men have been playing those games on women for thousands of years. Women do the emotional labour and men believe they can act like fools because women take on the heavy lifting in relationships. I wouldn't want a man who wants me because I don't want him. I would want a man who wants me because he knows I want him. That's how I know he has self respect.

@@kdphotos4691I like that reasoning you just shared. It's a sound argument. A woman raised in the world like I was, it took the strength of an elephant to walk away and do 100 times better than what I grew up accustomed to! It’s the hardest thing to not have parents teach you or family members because they don’t know any better either so some of us HAVE to go thru the storms to learn how to get out the rain and find shelter within ourselves first and foremost! This man is a blessing Im glad I found his pg🥺👊🏾

That’s what I’ve been saying, the majority have always tried to come back, because they realized that I was a good one nor would I put up with their mess!!! There was one who was interesting when he was 22 y/o and I was 17 y/o. Not a good idea to get involved with a coworker, but we only spoke on the phone. We had a disagreement about something and next thing I knew, he’s screaming at me on the phone, so I hung up. He called right back and asked if I hung up on him, I told him, “Yes, you will not speak to me that way!” and he started yelling again, so I hung up again! He called back a third time, his voice was softer and he seemed like he wanted to listen while correcting himself when speaking. Nope, he started screaming again, I hung up and he didn’t call back. I saw him the next day at work and he did not say one word, because he knew his actions were not going to work on me. I totally felt, if he was okay with screaming at me like that over something small, it was only a matter of time where he thought it was okay to hit me!!! 🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

Women who are conditioned to want a man above all else need to learn how to love themselves more. A woman who has the self respect to walk away has already learned that lesson.

I have always respected myself but unfortunately men walk away and don't respect my boundaries, they are realistic boundaries by the way that every women should have. Unfortunately Ive met men that have shown me disrespect, naked pics of themselves and we haven't had a date yet I've cut them off, because a man that acts like this has no boundaries for himself and he thinks its okay to behave like this and I'll except it. I've realised if a man isn't into you he will walk away no matter what you do. I'm honestly done with people who have no respect for themselves and boundaries, it makes it very difficult for good quality women because men are to distracted by women putting on a hussy show.

I had a man. He's the father of all my children. We split up but decided that throwing 16 years away was too much so got back together. I thought we were moving forward when he bought me a replacement ring last Christmas. When I asked him about setting a date I could never get a straight answer so I left it until one day I had enough and asked again..he let it out that he doesn't want to get married and just 'isn't into it' anymore. He got me the ring to make me happy thinking we'd be happy just plodding along as we are. Without hesitation I said goodbye and I'm not looking back. No commitment then no getting husband treatment with all the trimmings. Bye! I'm a strong woman and I will continue to raise the kids the best I can on my own. No doubt he'll visit when he can but I can't keep on when we have different outlooks and a different end goal. I'd rather have no man than a half hearted man.

Not being funny, but this is what happens, why buy the cow when you got the calf for free? If there's one thing we women have to learn is God's order is the best way to protect us from heartbreak and hurt. Marriage, sex, then children in that order. If we could all keep our legs closed until Marriage the world and society would be a better place. Period.

It hard because I don't want to break up my family and I was looking forward to celebrating 10 years vacation (my first vacation out the country). But it's probably best to show myself self love, respect, and honor. And not fall for his fake romance because he's a liar

Thank you. I just walked away. His problem was he had no backbone, no morals. Couldn't keep it in his pants, any bimbo would do, hid his phone in case someone noticed he was into porn, unemployed, drunk. I put up with it for a bit, he had childhood problems so I knew that because Im a counselor, but no more. He uses his problem to sleep around, drink, get free money from the government, stays unemployed, poor me syndrome. I am abundant, a go getter, don't need a man to keep me happy, certainly don't need a looser. Thank you. Women need to hear more of this.

Was in the same situation…drunk, lost his job and didn’t try to get another. Lived with his father, no responsibilities just sat in his room and drank, watched porn, on social media all day and he finally tells me after an argument he’s been sleeping with his so called female friend the whole time we were together. Ended things and not looking back. Some people are a lost cause.
