Not a spoiler. After Rimuru learned the Infinite prison can be released, he was surprized. So he head to the cave where Gabiru greeted him. He is taking care of plants he is growing the cave. The plants used to make full potions. There Rimuru promotes Gabiru, saying he can join important meetings. He also asks Gabiru to prevent anyone entering the cave and disturbing Rimuru. After, Rimuru released Veldora, who is basically a spirit since he no longer need a body inside Rimuru and dissolved his physical form into magicules. Rimuru finds this out through their brief talk, THAT is why Rimuru creates a clone so that Veldora can use it as a medium. I’m sure they will talk more before they head out.

This reminded me that "Diavolo" in Jojo is actually just supposed to be named Diablo. If you listen to how Rimuru says Diablo's name, more than once, it's "di-a-vo-lo." The translator for Jojo just never realized that Araki was trying using the name Diablo, and spelled it out phonetically.

They did not all all the contents of the manga in the anime like Rimuru talked with Veldora before he gave him a body or how everyone was present before the cave and he gave Gabiru an order to not let anyone in and a Diablo also was there trying to go in. And Rimuru said where he learned the sentence ‘All who defy me will be slaughtered' and he replied from the “Holy Texts” aka Manga

To recap: Rimuru himself has become an awakened Demon Lord. He has a whole Nation behind behind him and he’s allied with 3 Kingdoms (Dwargon, Blumund, Eurazania), Demon Lord Karion, Demon Lord Milim, The Ancient/Primordial Demon Kuro/Noir/Diablo and the True Storm Dragon Veldora. I think it’s fair to say that he’s virtually unbeatable if everyone would work together.

He's the same as Diablo, and Ifrit who are also spiritual beings and require a medium to channel their power. Diablo made one from the 10,000 bodies which is why he's so powerful and Ifrit had Shizu which she rejected but if she accepted she would be a majin like Mjurran. He had a physical form that was made out of magiculs but since he was in Rimiru's stomach he didn't need it anymore so he dissolved it. In the LN and manga he came out as a spirit or a thought projection but staying in this form in a material world would cause him to disappear. So after they talked awhile giving this exposition, THEN Rimiru gave him his clone to inhabit because Rim didn't want Vel to be a full dragon physically. So in short yes Rimiru CAN give Ifrit a medium if he wants to but the anime skipped all that to probably gloss over real quick when part 2 comes out which is fine by me.

Milim didn't absorb her dragon, she is part dragon. Her dad is one of the 4 true dragons and her mom was a human. The pet dragon she had was killed by the king for the kingdom she grew up in. She was overwhelmed with rage which led her to destroy the entire kingdom she was in which caused her to evolve into a demon lord. When she became a demon lord she tried to revive her pet dragon and she succeeded in reviving only the body but her pet dragons soul already had dispersed long ago so it turned it turned into a mindless beast when she revived it. Rimuru was able to revive the people of tempest because their souls were trapped inside the barrier which prevented the souls from dispersing and turning into a magicules.

Actually, Veldora is also a spiritual lifeform just like Ifrit which is why Rimuru gave him one of his clones as a body. All spiritual lifeforms, such as spirits, Demons and even True Dragons will eventually dissipate and die without constant magicules to sustain them, which is why Veldora would've eventually died inside of Unlimited Imprisonment, he could only live off of the magicules he already had stored up previous to his imprisonment because contact with the outside world had been cut off, but Veldora had so many magicules stored up that he would've lived for a few hundred years in there, but he would inevitably, eventually die.

They really didn't put much focus on it but that was the first time we saw Milim wield a weapon. That was Milim's mythical magic sword Tenma. It is said to have slayed many magicborn and demon lords. Carrion was shocked when she drew it. Everything about Milim is like a fairy tale on an epicness scale. The drago nova was also some kind of a dragon breath attack I believe.
