It depends actually. Some labor moments are the same as the movies. Some are somewhat the same with Jen. I’m really happy that her entire pregnancy journey was smooth, Every pregnancy is different. When my water broke, I immediately gave birth after 10mins. I was fully dilated when my water broke.

I was born on the side of the road, my sister in an elevator at a mall and my friend had her baby in the waitingroom at the hospital infront of a crowd. Some babies come fast and then there is full on emergency mode with all of the panic. Every birth is different.

Be aware that there are some who have fast labor/delivery.. where you don't even make it to the hospital. You can see Teyana Taylor's (singer) situation her husband had to deliver her baby it was so quick or Patricia Bright (youtuber)

Man, I love how calm the whole thing seemed. I just had my baby girl in June… I’m so thankful for my nurses. One of the sweet ladies held my hand, kept eye contact, and comforted me through some very extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable moments… that nurse also ended up french braiding my hair before active labor… she was so sweet. I just wish I got the epidural sooner though. I stressed my body out so much that I reverse dilated 🥲 the pain was a 10 for me by the time I decided to get the epidural. If I have a second baby, I’d love for it to be more like this 😂 more relaxed… more open to the epidural… well rested… calm… by the time I was pushing my baby out I hadn’t slept for over 24 hours 😂 and the pain from the contractions totally drained all my strength. They almost had to use a vacuum to get my baby out because her heart rate was dropping. They told me I had to get her out soon or else they’d use it. So with the rest of my strength, I pushed her out right after they told me that. 😂 Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy!!!! Welcome to the world Lennon!!! 🎉

i feel so emotional ive watched you ever since my 1st year of uni when i felt like such a failure, so lost, didn't know what i was doing, figuring myself out,. Now finished a degree, got married after 6 years of LDR, seeing you get married, and all these life changes i feel like i grew up with you.
