Note how there was no bend test performed... If a phone is water resistant, motor oil won't penetrate either since it's more viscous and the molecules are larger than water's. Also the phone landed on a pretty soft-looking pile of grass and foliage but I doubt that was on purpose or helped all that much with a drop at that height.

I do really like One Plus. Use to have a OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. Great phone and i loved it for how different it was. With the pop up front facing camera. Also liked some of their RND prototype phones. Such as the water cooled phone that used (i believe it was) Crystal based Diyafram pumps. Which when excited with power they would then pump and then pump coolant around the phone. Just feel like these days the only thing that seperates phone makers is repairability - Software/OS support - Security updates other than actual innovation. When you showed the Red magic phones. Ones with the cooling fans in. That was epic to me. Speically when i work in the telecoms space. Nice to see a non-standard slab or gold, copper, titanium, and aluminium phone that looks similar from the rest.

One thing that I would like to see is how well phones work and data and talk quality with Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. This phone looks like it should work with all three, as it has all 13 frequency bands for 4G and 11 of the 15 bands for 5G. Many phones I see have many bands missing which make them only compatible with T-Mobile.
