No phone companies will ever make a perfect phone. Why?... So they can release new phones every year.
@SaibotQ4 жыл бұрын
I always say the same to people looking for a new device. They should look for something that fulfill their important basic features. And once this device is identified, with an expected price point, then just buy it and stop watching competitors or new ones. It can be really annoying how the little and progressive differences between devices try to put some shadows in your choice. That's how companies pretend the industry. I think this phone it's almost perfect for the majority. It's not entirely, but almost... that's a really good word.

You're one of the few reviewers to not have dissed this phone, and it's a pleasant surprise. As a standalone device even I found the 8t to be pretty decent. How it fits into the line-up, and how it signifies a change in OP device philosophy should only be a part of the review, or a different video altogether. For a review, I feel people aren't talking about what the device offers and you're right in saying that it does offer quite a lot. Great review, love your work!

@Eric D. Evans. but then again, ur statement about OP8 is still severely invalid as we all know that OP8 is the worst "value" phone we've seen for oneplus so far. it's just a cooler little oppo brother now. so my decision is straight to the point, No.
@tatsuyahasebe79674 жыл бұрын
@Eric D. Evans. 1. Oneplus' defective issues started all the way back from OnePlus 6, but nothing was major then. Oneplus 7 Pro started having a bit more of issues, then came the 8 Pro. Big mistake. But even then, those issues were never really brought to proper light. huh. a lot of informed-but-not-enough customers, who watch KZbinrs like Dave2d, Flossy Carter and all that wouldn't know that. 2. as I've said, OP7P didn't have that many cases of defectivity compared to OP8P, and it was a year and a half ago. I didn't buy the OP product after I found out about the defects. that would be dumb lol. pls, use ur head smh.

Ive been using this phone since October and I'm really happy with the phone. I was using the iPhone XR previously and never really used wireless charging much mainly because it's not really a common thing to be found at my place. 65W warp charging is something I really love about this phone since I don't have to charge my phone all night with a wireless charging device. The recent Gcam mod 8 for Oneplus-8T is really good & I've been satisfied with the results in both day and night scenarios. I'm a medium to heavy user and my phone usually last 20-24 hours from 100 to 5 percentage of battery. Like Sam said it's a one day battery phone but that is not an issue since I charge my phone in 30 minutes anyway 😄 Overall I'm pretty happy with my 1st OnePlus phone and I can confidently say that I can run this device for 2 years easily. OnePlus custom rom support should be good in case I want to tinker with in some time 😉

I have the 7TPro and I love this phone, it's fast, fluid, has a lot of autonomy, the camera is "mah, okay", my Fuji cameras are here to save the day...but... But there's something that drives me crazy, the underscreen fingerprint. From the beginning I registered my two thumbs twice and boy I have 85 to 90% of fails. It's driving me nuts. I always clean the screen and most of the times my fingers before unlocking and it fails miserably. I registered my fingerprints so many times but nothing makes it work. It's what ruins the experience for me. I hope they fixed that issue on the new ones as you seem to appreciate it.

Watching and re-watching video comparisons of the 8T vs the Galaxy S20 FE (which is perhaps its nearest rival in specs and price range) i found the 8T's white balance if off, inferior (low bitrate/muffled/mono sounding) audio recording on video, poor dynamic range in Night Mode (main), zero Night Mode in selfie camera, micro jitters in video (all main cameras), least detailed portrait shots and darker selfies in low light. Flexispy Wins!! Hi, I purchased Flexispy to monitor my child’s android cell phone for their safety and by far they have had the best dependability and reliability hands down. I have purchased and tried several other programs over the past year before trying Flexispy and not one has had as many features, and has been as consistently dependable. Any time I have had a question or a concern I have had my questions quickly addressed and answered. The feature I think I would say that I like the best has been the location tracking, and also the ability to view incoming and outgoing text messages. This program has been a real life saver for our family. I would and have recommended Flexispy to family members as well as friends. I've used Flexispy to monitor my son, I was very worried about where he was going. The GPS functions allows me to know where he is at alla times. Unfortunately his smartphone couldn't be rooted, so I couldn't get all premium functions. But call logs, SMS, photoes, ecc alla worked great and were very useful. I'm not very good with smartphones, so several times I needed assistance, and they were always very kind and helpful. I'm 100% satisfied with Flexispy and I certainly would reccomend buying it! Flexispy is definitely going to be of great help. Contact georgesidney1980@gmail.com text or whats app +1 (202)2179322

@SamBeckman Which phone do you use currently, because you've said in your review that you're switching between the Pixel 4XL and this one. I was thinking about the same when I was deciding with of these 2 should follow my older Pixel 2 XL? I've made the decision and chose the OP 8T, my first OP ever. I'm having it for 2 weeks now and I'm currently satisfied with it.

I got mine from T-Mobile back in October and have had issues/bugs since then. Can't send and receive MMS, KZbin won't minimize correctly and gets stuck at the bottom of the screen, my ring/vibrate switch won't pick up which one I'm switching too unless I unlock my phone and go to sound settings. Maybe it's all TMobile's fault or I'm an idiot and it's my fault. I want to love this device but it is putting a bad taste in my mouth.
