The Ongoing Projects in the Southern Part of the City of Davao Update

This is an update of the Ongoing Projects in the Southern part of the City of Davao, Particularly in Matina area only. Few years from now this side of the City will have a different skyline due to multiple projects in the said area. as of now the Ongoing Projects are the remaking of the
1.) New City Commercial Complex (NCCC) the "ULTRA MODERN MALL”. soon also a 2 towers 35 storeys each will rise at the back of this mall.
2.) Phase 1 The One Paragon Davao with 26 storeys residential, 19 storeys Citadines Hotel, a Convention Center, and a Lifestyle Mall.
3.) Davao Global Township (DGT) a 23 hectareof land developed by Cebu Landmasters.
4.) SM City Davao Expansion project this the second time that the said mall will have it's expansion.soon a 2nd SMDC project will rise at the back with 4 towers

@@alexvegafria7734 Hello Po good day..yung NCCC Mall is expected to open this December 2024 same Ang DGT CENTER Po..Ang SM City west expansion mid-last quarter next year, meanwhile the One Paragon is expected for turnover next year,while Citadines will open around mid next year,Ang convention center and lifestyle mall nila Ang Wala pa details pero for sure next year narin po Yan..
