Hey! Frank's editor here. Thanks for making this video, and thank you for showing my comment as well! I'd like to provide some more insight on Frank as a whole that this video doesn't address: 1. Before he deleted everything, he actually told his twitch mods (to which I was included) that he would be leaving the Internet indefinitely. He told this to us via Discord server (Frank had a server that included him and all of his Twitch mods). He even said that he would delete Discord after notifying us. He never told any of his fans that he would quit entirely though. This could also contribute to why he stopped streaming entirely; he had already made the decision to leave the internet period. 2. There was a point where Frank did return to YouNow, but simultaneously streamed on twitch. However, due to the dying nature of YouNow, and the stress of having to stream in two locations at once, he left entirely. 3. Among the many series that Frank experimented with, one of them was TWOMS (This Week On My Subreddit), where Frank would look at posts and memes from r/crankthatfrank (which is now completely inactive). However, these videos were Twitch highlights, rather than all of his other filmed videos that weren't livestreamed. 4. Although he didn't necessarily abandon VantaVoid, it has been completely unpredictable as far as music goes. While a song was finally released, it didn't even hit 1000 views. I even saw Instagram ads promoting his new song, which implies that he paid for it to advertised to other people. This to me was the biggest indicator of his downfall. 5. Frank and Eva are divorced, but it seems like there may have been something similar behind the scenes. I'm not going to confirm or deny, but looking at Eva's tik tok and her refusing to talk about him has caused people to wonder what happened behind the scenes (especially since they got divorced really quickly after getting married). Thanks so much for your comment and insight, I know I didn't know everything and did my best to provide as much as I could with what was available to me. I found a whole bunch of videos in my travels too which were nice to revisit. I hope he's happy, that's all I want, but this video was made so that people could stop prying around into other people's business and just know why he left, they get some answers and he gets his well deserved peace.

Frank is the reason I started listening to Palaye Royale and his videos made me laugh through times I was really struggling with my mental health as a teen. I really hope he’s okay now and happier outside of streaming and KZbin.

I used to watch him so much, I liked D&P and a lot of the "emo" bands he'd listen to so his content was always funny, and made me feel more welcomed during middle school. I hope he is doing okay now.

I'm never gonna forget frank's reaction/challenge videos istg. Some of it still lives in my head. Like that kid with the cap and gap between his teeth that couldn't say lead singer correctly 💀 and "I got hi- high hopes for a lemon". And the FOB Mania album celebration where he dyed his hair purple... no the whole of him 😭. That time Palaye Royale made a video with him, omg! I remember he went to idk if it was kinky boots or a concert or smth but anyway, he met Brendon Urie and Brendon recognized him... It really feels like a fever dream now looking back.

Damn I'm late, I had no clue he and Eva were married at any point. I used to watch him all the time, his videos were such a scource of comfort and escapism during highschool and early years of university. I even still own a longsleeve that I brought from his merch shop a few years ago, you can't quite tell that it's KZbinr merch cos the design is so cool. I stopped watching him probably around 2018/2019, around the time he started VantaVoid. No particular reason, just started watching different creators. He's one of the more positive memories I have of watching Alt/Emo creators, especially after realising that creators like B Stars and Narcisist Repose were trash and toxic. I wish him all the best, his videos really did make me smile and laugh back in the day.

I remember his videos too much, especially when his guests were Palaye Royale, thanks to him I started to get into his music, I also started to follow his wife Eva's channel and I loved watching her makeup tutorials. He was my favorite KZbinr, his musical tastes were very similar to mine, it was so weird to see that he disappeared completely from KZbin one day.

Just to follow up, I have found a bunch of old Alex videos, I'm not sure that there's enough to cover to make a video similar to this, I can't really figure out a timeline, the MDE stuff is easy to figure out but after the breakup is complicated. I thought it was just going to be that they broke up and she left soon after, but from I found she broke up with him, her accounts are currently private and it doesn't seem any backlash that caused it. Her channel still exists, it just has no videos, they're private, there's a chance she's just rebranding. I can make an archive of her old videos I found sometime?

I started watching him back in 2017 and he really helped me get into the emo scene. My mental health was starting to hit a low it hadn’t before but I always watched his videos bc they always made me have a good laugh. I wouldn’t be the person I am today if I wasn’t introduced to the scene in some way which in this case was through his videos. I really hope he is doing the best for himself and find people to make him smile through dark times just like how he did with his fans including myself.

In my opinion if they divorced so quickly after getting married. 1 more than likely wronged the other and considering Frank has left the face of the planet my bet would be him. Not here to light him on fire.. I'm just so confused because I just found out about this 💀. I just don't see two people getting married and then so quickly get a divorce because they just "suddenly" realized their not a good match. And they were together for years prior, so you'd think they would have already found that out.
