Got to love them sandbag workout in that ☀️.. Great workout brother 🔥💪🏽. The sandbag over the shoulder, one of my favourite super funny but shit is tasking 😅

That sun on those 100deg days is borderline not safe lol! I can’t say it’s a great idea and I can’t say it’s bad idea lol.. I do know it wipes you the hell out!! Those flips are an all around ass kicker for sho

You can get them on Amazon or direct from the supplier as well. Just make sure you get one that is “double bagged”

What sandbag/weight are you using?

So I have a few, this one is a 100lb bag but I have heard from numerous sources that you can always fit more than that in the.. I put 3 40lb bags of sand in it. Some add steel shot to get even more weight and some add rubber mulch to take up space and absorb a little impact as well!

@@Thefringefitnessproject thank you, got mine last Friday, I guess it's the same one, 100lb Shogun? I put 2 x 50lb bags of play sand in, my first sandbag so that's all I have to go off of. I have just been picking it up and throwing it over my shoulder like you demo'd, did a bit of standing around bear hugging it, that's quite enough LOL,,,,I'll work on your EMOM carries. Thanks for the inspiration!
