I tested and then eventually bought Chanel L’eau based off of your recommendation from a 2021 video. It’s lovely and so citrusy fresh. Kind of like a more refined, more sophisticated version of D&G Light Blue but Chanel. My husband loves it on me. Very ladylike and elegant.

I still need to try a lot from Chanel. I really want to get my nose on the No. 19 Poudre. A friend just sent me a sample of the No. 19 EDT and I may try it on skin today after watching this video. I fell in love with No. 5 L’Eau recently and got myself a bottle for spring and summer. It’s SO good. Of the other Chanel’s I’ve tried, I think Misia would be nice for the Spring. The fragrance other than the No. 5 L’Eau that I am most excited to wear is Ormonde Jayne Ormonde Woman.

I’ve been enjoying no 19 edt and I just ordered the edp version so I’m assuming I’ll be wearing that one a lot too. I didn’t know if I wanted to pick up the poudre bc it sounds pretty different to the originals and I couldn’t find a sample, so THANK YOU SO MUCH for offering it on your site right now, you’re the best 😭

Thanks to your reviews, I have acquired all of the Chanel perfumes you mentioned ~ except I don’t have Chanel poudre. I’m saving my SDM points for Chance frache which I think is also lovely for spring. I adore No. 5 l’Eau for spring-summer. As a non-Chanel favourite this year I recently discovered Versace Versense.

Chanel Chance Eau Tendre was the first perfume I bought and I got it after ending a toxic relationship. For me it will always smell like freedom, I wanted to buy a scent and didn't know what to get and a friend recommended it to me. I love the channel tendre and Chanel 5 l’eau but it doesn’t last . Do have the same experience? I heard putting over a Vaseline I dont know if it works . I don’t know if I can’t smell it or it doesn’t last because I wore it once at work and after 8 hours someone complimented me but I used it another day I was at home not doing anything I couldn’t smell it on my wrist after 2 hours so I don’t know if I just can’t smell it on me or if it’s the perfume .

The best way to make a fragrance last is to layer it with molecule 1 or 2.

In my experience Chanel fragrances all last but you eventually stop being able to smell them well on yourself while others still can smell your cloud. Yes layering with Vaseline or another moisturizer will help. Layering with amboxan or similar aroma chemicals like molecule 01 helps too but it will change the scent slightly

I bought Coco Mademoiselle EDP Twist and Spray and it is so weak like a body lotion sent. I wear it now in hot summer and it is ok because kt is so light and gentle...I don't know what happened with it???🫨
