the best vocalpresets I ever heard are those from nuro audio xvox pro - so many tasteful combinations of all musicak directions are a big timesaver and you´ll gettin back the fun of vocal mixing -

Wich comp do you prefer between the API 2500 (UAD) or the Waves API 2500, is there a difference ? Thank you so much for the video, I( also use the black box analog design in my master chain...)

The 2 plugins work exactly the same way. UAD are known for making plugins that are sooo close to the real thing, the real hardware. Waves sounds great too tho, I’ve used that one for years before I could afford UAD, and I still use it sometimes. The only thing I can say is sometimes it sounds to me like the waves one compresses a bit harder than the UAD one, just my feeling

The saturators I recommended in this video for example, I use those more often than Saturn. Don’t get me wrong Saturn is great, it’s probably the 3rd most used after the 2 I recommended. But yeah you can find better sales at least for now

Thank you very much 💙 I got Analog Lab V Pro when I bought my Arturia controller, but the presets can't be modified that much, only the basic parameters (8 knobs and 8 faders that appear in the main window), with the $99 version is it the same? It asks me that if I want to modify the instrument, to buy the vst of the instrument itself (the minimoog, the old machine, whatever)

if you have analog lab you may have a larger discount on the v collection (assuming there is one rn i haven’t checked). You’d have to log in to your account and check your offers. These are all the synth vsts (and some piano, electric piano, organ, clav, etc) that the analog lab sounds are from and having it lets you edit the sounds properly if you want.

Lab pro gives you presets and some adjustments. (Lab 4 and Lab pro came w/ my Arturia keyboard). The $500 (on sale $199-299) V collection X gives you 39 full instruments on which the Lab Pro sounds are from. You get 5 augmented included which is a bargain for sure. I just got V collection X for $199 as current customers get better deals when you log in.

I prefer the waproduction vocal plugin, the cla is great but waproduction does it better. Anyeway I prfer the waves the silk plugin. As for the tuning, prefer Natural Sound of the singer, not tuned.

@badhabit Mee to. Since they changed approach about a year ago a perpetual license is not a thing at Waves anymore. You can still use the plugins without upgrading but if you change to a new computer, you are screwed. Then the upgrade is forced to unlock the plugins.
