I use candle stick pattern associated with either that long volume spike or with your dynamic S & R on the big picture to identify the peak of the subdivision of Elliott wave

Great video..I'll send it to my Filipino friend who's wanting to learn. I use price action like you mentioned at the beginning by first mapping out support & resistance levels (when possible) on different time frames along with RSI and MACD for my entry's. I use it exactly like you mentioned. You need to understand that the candles are no patterns to search for, its a behaviour from the market; call it footprints, price actions etc. If you just search for patterns you are lost

I found candlesticks are more significant when using together with S&R and Ema. When small Dojis line up calmly, this is the buildup I like; when too many big/long bull/bear candles next to each other, it marks volatile market which I skip trade and walk away from the screen.
