fire is good in a comp gally v gally situation blunders usally just prolong the fight 90% of the time

I agree but most of the time as I said in the video experienced galleon crews can easily put out fires in a split second if they know what they are doing of course if they aren't experienced fire makes quick work of them. As for the blunderbombs if you know how to use them correctly they can be more powerful than cursed cannonballs, hitting ship with no holes or masts down with blunderbombs wont do much to sink them but if you put a couple holes or anchor or drop their mast blunderbombs are an easy and effective way of making sure that they cant repair/raise their mast.

if you're putting holes in them it does virtually nothing because they can just put it out using water from the holes, that's what 99% of good crews do

@NonSlimy Fire is easy to put out if you deal with it immediately. It's a 2 second distraction, what's that gonna do to help you? If you let it grow then it becomes an issue, sure, but most good crews and bilges can deal with it almost immediately.
