If only it could play Gran Turismo while parked...using the wheel and pedals for input. Alas, it appears to be a remote console with gamepad input alone. Gamepad input is fine for most games, but Gran Turismo really needs a wheel and pedals.

If you think about Dyson’s products, they have a lot of experience with batteries, electric motors, and fluid dynamics. However, they scrapped their electric car project a long time ago. Although I’m surprised that they haven’t gone into power tools.

@@InsideEVsUS At a charging station you can play almost any gadget. And every 3-5 years a new one without changing the car. The screens thing went too far in my oppinion. The highest resolution screen is the window. The best button is a physical button. But I am old fashioned i guess.

This car might have been interesting about 7 years ago but Tesla and many Chinese brands are already a couple generations ahead. Right now it comes across as a Nokia or Blackberry effort.

Hm yeah kind of weird they didn't just go ahead and build a real PS5 in. MSRP of an extra $500 seems like peanuts for a $60k car. I can't imagine it would cost them that much to just integrate one in. Maybe get crazy and use it for self driving when the car is on the hwy 😅.

"built-in" is a vert loose word here... there is no PS5 in the car.. its just remote play like a tablet, phone, Pc, etc... Technically u can put your own PS5 on board and connect thru the screens. Its misleading tbh. Just say "remote play" included.

It's actually a common sentiment among the general public that the name was out there. Go read around. I plainly stated my misgiving about the name. EVs already have a stigma to them as a whole, but to say I'm not a car guy because I didn't like the name? That sounds like grasping to me.
