Their OS update record is abysmal. Their budget ones get only one and that too very late. I anyways never cared about the Realmes, Pocos, Vivos, etrc. of the world, but if I |have to take Moto seriously, they have to provide at least 3 years of OS upgrades. Given that their software is mostly stock and that Android is pretty stable now, 3 years is the bare minimum that they can do. Even behemoths like Samsung is doing 4 years of OS upgrades for their 13K phones.

I used Motorola phones from last 15 Plus yrs, Nice and sturdy phone to day to day use. The 1st phone was Motorola W220 flip phone, then Moto G1st gen which I used for almost 5+ yrs, then used Moto G5+ used for 5 yrs now using Moto G52 since last 2yrs. The main thing in phone is clean UI that I loved the most. Overall good experience with Motorola. Hello Moto..😍😍

Motorola updates are slow but I think their updates are more stable than other Android company software updates . I have been using moto g60 for the past 3 years and it was working great . In these three years For a very short period of time I am using mobile protector and back cover and I have only 2 minor semi visible scratches and the performance department is more or less the same as when I brought this phone .

Techwiser should look into the Moto Edge 50 Pro Camera issues like Overheating while recording video which results into FPS drop. This is legit I have seen video framerate go down to 22 23 FPS while recording in 30 FPS. HDR processing not working in 50 Mp mode. I have seen multiple tweets about this issue. I hope you guys cover it soon.

I would like to say - This is the best ever phone under 25k compared to other's phone segment. Performance, display and battery is top notch - 5/5 Camera is 4/5 If you want more life on battery, please keep the display refresh rate in auto mode. You'll get a better battery life on the phone. And does anyone have the heating issues while charging ? To avoid that, keep the wifi or data, bluetooth and location off while charging. Because I tried, really it works.

What is more important for a phone in long run-processor or software? I'm asking this because I'm planning to buy a phone that can last at least 3 years. Considering such Moto products, Motorola can soon beat Samsung in budget & mid-range smartphones. The only drawback with Motorola phones is the delayed software updates. Also, for me another drawback is its ownership with Lenovo. The day Motorola becomes independent or has an Indian, US, European, Japanese or even a South Korean ownership, I will jump back to Motorola from Samsung or have both. Wish it becomes independent soon with all the Moto Glory back.
