Can he play f5 to protect the iknight in this position

4:54 You had the right idea with Rh7. However, I think that the main idea SHOULD be to try to trap their knight and win their rook. If ...Nf4??, then e3 is forcing their knight to a bad square with no compensation. All of the light squares are guarded. If ...Ng6?, then Nxg6 forks the rook and queen. I think their best move from their is to remain on f4 with their knight and let you capture for nothing. Instead of them blundering the knight on f4, they could just move Nf6 and the same Ng6 move with fork their queen and rook. Lastly, they could just surrender the knight and play Rg8 or Qb4 (anything else runs into tactics).

Chess is not about theories but to dare to make the moves at the right moment. My all time favorite is Mikhail Tal.
