Awesome recipe, thanks! I had doubled the recipe so I had leftovers...and I decided to brown some cut up pork belly, throw it in rice cooker, added the leftover sauce, splash of soy and a can of coco rico. CHEFS KISS !!! DELICIOUS I have a feeling this dish has a vietnamese name already 🤭

I use a microplane and grate my garlic to avoid big chunks and have the garlic impart more flavor.
