A good budget-friendly matte concealer that works well as a primer is the LA Girl concealer in the tube. The Elf concealer the matte version-not the hydrating, of course works well also. A great one on the more high end is the Mac Pro Longwear concealer.

Those La girl concealers also come in color corrector colors as well. They even have a glittery white one that I use as an eye highlighter for my inner corner and brow bone
