I love how after all these years on youtube, you still do your makeup very natural looking, subtle and wearable. All these YTers go all out, which is fine for pictures or even some red carpet events (as if we all go to those events, realistically), but look so cakey and drag queen-ish in real life.

I totally agree for the Beauty Blender being the best sponge available on the market - wet, nothing compares to it! Really. I always wait for a 15 to 25% off at Sephora to get it though (since it's not as durable as a brush and needs to be replaced regularly). For the brushes, I'm a huge fan of Suqqu, Hakuhodo, Wayne Goss and Real Techniques. I have yet to try the Artis Brush ones - I'm really curious about them! x

I love brush videos--everyone uses theirs differently and it's nice to compare/contrast my collection to others. Real technique brushes are one of my faves, alongside morphe, elf, & wet n wild ones. Im going to invest in sigma brushes when im able to just because they last forever it seems.

I used to use the beauty blender and took forever to try the real techniques sponge because I always hear youtubers saying that it is not as good. They are wrong it is personal preference. I will never buy the bb again not because of the price but because it doesn't work as well for my purposes. I use the real tec sponge like the pixiwoo sisters use it and I love it 😍 my foundation is never cakey and they don't rip like the bb does. My point is try both and if u try the real tec sponge watch the pixiwoo sisters use it as the are the ones that designed it cheers

that sephora pro airbrush #56 is such a great brush. I feel like the sephora brushes distribute product extremely well. particularly the #56. I like using it with really full coverage foundations, because it spreads them so well that you don't need a lot of product. (like kvd foundation or hourglass stick). it's also really good for setting the undereye.

I usually stick with everything drugstore but because you have used the f84 brush religiously I went ahead and ordered my first good quality brush and it's fantastic! No one ever really highlights that brush but the angled kabuki design works wonderfully for blending out the foundation and also quickly patting some undereye eye concealer. Gonna check out the other sigma brushes mentioned~

you should give the sephora pro full coverage airbrush #53 a go. it works so well with the lighter, more liquid foundations. (Bourjois healthy mix serum, urban decay naked skin...etc) also applies them super quick. I love that brush.

TIffany, I love your channel. You are honest and genuine, You inspire me to stick with what I love, whether it is trendy or not. Also, regarding makeup techniques, I always go back to what was working for me in the first place. it's nice to try new things, techniques, etc...but you have to stay true to yourself and what works for you and buy what you love..,you have inspired me to purge things I just don't reach for or wear...whether it's on trend or not...I could care less. I am much happier and content when I do what I love, not what others tell me what I should love...I am a bust mom and want to look decent and take care of my self and simplifying and staying organized really is key...you truly inspire me to just like what I like...this goes for home decor...your philosophy with makeup, clothes, etc...should be applied to everything in life! As a cancer survivor, my skin, hair has changed back and forth and I have gone through so many products...I have finally found what works and so happy about it! Props to you for staying real:)

holly shepperson affordable brushes are bomb! In my opinion you don't have to spend a ton on brushes to get a good makeup application! I feel like a couple years ago it was hard to find good cheaper brushes but now they are great! I've bought some really cheap ones on Amazon before and they were great! I also love elf and real techniques :)

My favorite brushes are real techniques because they're affordable and have held up waaaaaay better over the years than some brushes I've purchased that were 10x the price. I also really love their complexion sponge and the new one they have thats shaped like a diamond. I kind of prefer them over the original beauty blender tbh! :)
