The first VHS release also had the original version of the film! I luckily own a copy myself!

That is very cool! VHS in Japan is very interesting, cause they release Disney movies in English with Japanese Subtitles and Japanese Dubbed

I wonder if Lazerdiscs will get the same treatment as its brother, vinyl. OK likely not as that pause but man is that interesting part of Pokémon History

Wow I had no idea they reanimated parts of it! I wonder if the sound is uncompressed and superior to japanese dvd/bluray releases...
