Singed mid is viable to play and can actually work in higher elos but I can't say the same for jungle. When you play Singed jungle you're really prone to early game invades, and you are not that useful until you get boots or first item.

Instead of predator i've been taking unsealed spell book for unplayable matchups with minion demat, and smite+ghost. Easy grubs, free tp, ruin the junglers life if they go top, and unlimited unstoppable proxying. It's super consistent and completely non-interactive.

camille isn't actually that bad of a matchup, you just save e for when she ults and she exits it making it so the cage disappears. Also you can outplay her with your w if you predict where she is going to e against a wall she wont be able to use the second part of her e.

Im a 600k points singed main and man, Singed is the best champion in the game, started playing It un s12 as adc and then otp on jungle with 62% wr on 100 games only with singed full AP, since then I see singed as an apcarry bruiser who can win 1v5 fights and honestly i dont quite understand more tanky builds soo its such a fucking weird champ but we fucking love It

ROA I think personally is not that good on Singed anymore just because the other items we have are much better options. I used to build ROA on midlane when playing against Asol, ryze and a couple of other mages but building it top in this meta wouldn't be the best option.

I would say that Singed is most optimal when playing against a team comp with a lot of melee champions. This is where Singed can feel the strongest just because it will be really hard for those champs to get on top of you. Generally really good pick when facing 3+ melees.

If you get stopped from proxying level 1 because the jg or top know what singed is, you can skip a wave and proxy 2nd wave. they never see it coming Also, 21:40 camille dashed out of your ground-- this is a weird interaction but it is also predictable--grounding prevents dashes and flashes, but not pulls/drags. Camille first hookshot is a drag/pull, the second part is a dash, so you can stop that with good timing/prediction. Some other things you can't stop: Jarvan dash to flag, Nautilus Q, Thresh lantern grabs, etc. A couple other things is that it doesn't stop lunges, like Warwick's bite, and it doesn't stop things that LOOK like dashes/leaps but aren't, like Aatrox Q (This annoys me so much because visually, he is in the air and not grounded, but coding wise he isn't leaping, so it doesn't count.)

I'd say camille is not that hard of a matchup, just buffer your fling when she does her hookshot-dash-thingy and space her W correctly. Also dont eat second Q to much, just let it run out and your good to go.
