I was wondering why there are so many comments about "useless." So I went to check the video, turned out that I misspelled "useful" to "useless." Sarcasm wasn't something I was trying to go for. Also 335 - 325 = 10 btw. Not sure If I was high or something that I couldn't do basic arithmetic. Sorry about all the inconvenience, not the greatest video but the idea is there. I really hope you guys find it useful!

There really is no mastering tethering. Unless you’re constantly playing on 0 ping and memorize the range the attack speed and MS of every champion it’s incredible difficult

I mean you gotta start somewhere. Guma didn't magically get born good at league. He practiced, focused and was serious and determined about achieving his goals. Not saying there isn't some natural talent, of course it exists but you can improve if you are serious about it and focus on the things that matter and don't get distracted or tilted by whatever else happens in the game.
@fie4426 Жыл бұрын
I did that years ago when i started practicing it. It's easier on jinx, ashe and caitlyn
@chiyanlau4792 жыл бұрын
These ideas are examined and discussed most famously from: 上单老祖, a Chinese channel about leagues. But this channel did a very great job of gathering these ideas with multiple in game examples, and of course the translation part as well. The only imperfect part is the textbook example from KT-Deft playing as Xayah vs Kai’sa is not included in this video. Commented by a CN super server master ^^
@TodayOnTheSuperServer2 жыл бұрын

Shows how much there is to learn about this game and how much things that are often overlooked like spacing can make a huge difference especially if you master it. It also feels like the players in those clips are so focused on having free damage or even trades via spacing that they themselves get damaged for free by someone with better spacing knowledge. If I were them, knowing that I cannot beat my opponnent at spacing games, I'd just stop trying to beat them via spacing and try another strategy.

This is why early boots are important in botlane. If you want to sneak in autos while enemy adc is doing a lasthit, even with tier 1 boots it makes a huge difference whether or not you can poke an auto and get out of range fast enough before they trade you an auto back.
@bluerum8962 жыл бұрын
eh people are probably not looking to trade single tethering auto's in low elo. i think just base stats are more valuable if u have engage support

@awdsgrgde69792 жыл бұрын
In league there is no turn rate in contrary to dota 2.
@Test-iv4pm2 жыл бұрын
@@awdsgrgde6979 I think turn rate is what this tethering video is all about - predicting when the enemy will start their turn-around-action. But maybe I am misunderstanding.
@TodayOnTheSuperServer2 жыл бұрын
Yes you are right sir! The message I was trying to portray is we can't react to someone turning around then auto command because it would be too late. We should Auto when they are still facing us, and that auto time will be eliminated by enemy turning around. But we don't need to worry about turn around speed.
