It's the only game that allows you adjust the brightness of your reticle on the fly, Allows you do go High ready, Low, compressed stance with a mouse wheel. Only game I know where You can flip from IR to VIS laser, IR ilum and Bright light and even adjust it's brightness during gameplay, This game gave me an appreciation of illumination devices and has the better depiction of recoil compared to RON, EFT and Sandstorm.

@@FloppyCDdrive He's referring to modded Reforger, which isn't really an apples-to-apples comparison due to the very reason that it's modded. That being said, with RHS (being one of the more essential mods) amongst others, you have most of this functionality (and some things extra like being able to adjust the gain on your NODs, or choosing between IR laser intensity). However it does still miss a notable part of the customization aspect in being able to choose the exact location of your attachments, which you had mentioned.

The bad thing about Ground Branch is the lack of Depth and quality of the AI their ai looks like the ai from the first counter strike while the operators are like 4k tacticool eveything. really strange like why is there better fallout 4 armor mods than ai armor from an actual dev When you can literally buy assets that look good online? Secondly, It just feels like the updates are coming too slow? their focusing on adding women to the game when work is needed elsewhere it just feels like they lack ambition. Thirdly, and this is my biggest issue. DEPTH. You struggle to hold interest in this game, This game is literally get into the raid and get out. add a scope or a different grip and hop back in. Theres nothing holding the playing from exiting the game , theres nothing to work towards, theres no urgency for completing the task. This is such shallow thinking, make your game interesting and innovative. Theres 4 other games that does this axact same thing. This game has become a dress up barbie milsim and im afraid for it. Imagine if in fifa you didnt have all those different things to do out of matches. Look at Tarkov so much R&D so much depth. This is like a ps2 game that looks pretty. Its been so long and not that much has been added to this game. It seems like maybe in 15 years it will be something decent.

They're remodelling the russian PMC's atm and the new models look much better, but yeah some of the older ones are very bad. Dev team is tiny though.

Yep. You can do this on several optics. Even the PSO-1 and 1P78 Kashtan scopes! Not all scopes can have the brightness be adjusted, but basically all reflex and holographic sights can.

I found hilarious how the title is trying to reflect that it is best to play the game seriously - but right in first two seconds, i can see how that dude is literally pointing a shotgun on the head of his team mate. Same goes for the other two guys, there is like no muzzle discipline. You can tell that by the way how the dude playing it aims literally at the back of his other team mates all the time when looking around. Which i found kinda strange considering the fact that Ground Branch unlike other shooter games, actually offers a muzzle mechanics for pointing it into the ground or up. So much for taking it seriously! The amount of friendly fire that could erupt from it could be huge.

Mate, muzzle discipline is way easier to do in real life than the clunky way videogames work. Realism =/= exact recreation of every aspect of the thing. You can't brace weapons or naturally transition between stances and sightlines either, so muzzle discipline is kinda unreasonable to expect (and also less important as it's way harder to accidentally discharge with a mouse).

@@pluemas But even still, if i imagine that naturally everyone around would open fire towards the enemies, the amount of friendly fire would pile up quick. They would had to have plenty of space but in multiple instances in the video, they went into crossfire. There was a guy who went into crossfire, went out of corner and died and the dude playing literally jumped out of the corner as well. From the title i assumed they took it... like really seriously but it felt so clunky.
