"...in the attic in my mind..." Such an intensely beautiful song.

I know. He was amazing. I was sooooo happy I got to see him. I was disappointed to see that people didn't seem overly enthusiastic at the show. His music is so upbeat, I love it!

His music speaks to the thinkers of society This may have something to do with that I see it among other artists of the likes too

To continue, the disappointment in the crowd soon faded when he called people to the front of the stage and me and my kids ran to the front and thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the show. The best part was that all three of my kids got a drum stick. To Wally and his band, thanks for an unforgettable show.

I don't mean to keep complaining but you'd think that if people really liked a song they would take the time to listen to other songs by the same artist. In Wally's case they would be blown away by how talented he is and would have three awesome new albums to add to their collection. Everyone should have to watch "Making Making Mirrors" before seeing him live to appreciate his natural born talent and the beauty in his songs. Also a big cheers to Jennifer for recording and posting these videos.

This was one of the best concerts I have ever seen. Wally is amazing! I was so disappointed with my fellow Canadians. So many left after "Somebody That I Used To Know" plus all the talking through "Bronte" was rude. If you don't like the song, that's fine. I am not a huge fan of a couple of his songs but when he's performing you shut up and listening because others around may live for the song he's singing.

Jennifer this is by far the best live version of this song on KZbin, Thank you.

Exactly. It was disrespectful what a lot of people did. Even during Bronte and the other slower song he did (can't remember the name of it) people were talking and generally didn't seem to care. I get that they may not be your favorite songs. There are a few of his that aren't my favorite but you still keep your mouth shut and pay attention to the man you paid to see. If all they wanted was Gotye as background noise to their conversations they should have stayed at home and put on a CD.

I guess this is just a touring band, because I looked up his band info and it says bass, guitar, vocals, keys, percussion, drums = Wally. Haha! He is soooo brilliant!

Thanks for posting the video. Gotye is amazing! I´ve been a Sting and Police fan for a long time and Gotye is being compared with Sting. When I saw him some days ago and listen to his musics, I thought that absolutelly Gotye is amazing, wonderful and his voice is so wonderful as Sting voice. Furthermore he is handsome and gorgeus. Now I´m Gotye´s fan too. I want all the Gotye´s albuns. He´s fantastic!

This video is a gem! Thanks for posting. I like his live version much better than the CD as you can actually hear the lyrics. I was going to make it to this concert but something came up. So upset I didnt get to see him.

I was at the concert in Montreal the day after and yes, people were pretty enthousiastic, at least we were standing up in the front rows! The disrespect here in Montreal was more everybody singing "Somebody that I used to know" to the point I could'nt hear Wally sing !

Thank you so much for this video! It was so great in Paris the last wednesday but I've not recorded this song because I wanted to enjoy it. After his performance I love this song even more than before :)

I was so PISSED at all the disrespectful jerks in the audience ...again (happened in March at the Kool Haus too). He must think us Canadians are a bunch of losers. What's with people sitting down at a concert? My kids and I stood up and we got yelled at to sit down. It was my second time seeing him this year and my three kids' first time, they love Wally's music as much as I do. I'm running out of room so I'll continue in the next post.

I don't live in Toronto either and I'm not a big fan of the city, even less now. Like I said it was the second time I saw him this year in Toronto and the second time he was disrespected by the audience. At the Kool Haus he had to tell the people who would not be quiet that if they didn't come to watch they should just leave. How awful is that. I wouldn't be surprised if he never came back to Toronto again.
