You full stunlock if he's out of stun use shadow reflector. If you let him cast you lose most of the time if it's equal gear.You can sprint away from pet to drop combat and restelth if you blind/gouge him but pet is on you for example. Good warlock will try to rocket helm you if you use shadow reflector but works into 99% of what you gonna fight. Depends on the build warlock is running as well. If he's soul link with billion hp it's really hard to kill but they do no damage. Not worth even bothering to fight outside of BG and even there it's better to sap/blind him than fight him until every else is dead. As long as you don't eat a deathcoil there's no way he should ever be able to cast his fear unless you waste all your energy and don't have enough for a kick. If you really wanna cheese it pop a restorative potion that will remove dots but it's expensive. If it's usual Succubus or Felhunter they just die in stunlock however don't let Succubus cc you. Those are the basics and nowhere near full proof strategy, you'll fight locks that use laps, faps, rocket helm, skull of impending doom, tidal charm and those items complicate it so it comes down to expirience and sometimes luck.
