How do I eliminate the unconscious resistance that is inside me? I watch a lot of videos like this, but when I have to make payments and I feel like the money is running out, I get stressed, tense, and have arguments with my wife. I can't help it. You can’t put so much pressure on yourself. Shifting your thoughts and your focus is NOT an overnight thing. We’ve been programmed to think a certain way our whole lives, we aren’t going to be rewired overnight. See it as a journey and do it to feel good. Tell yourself that you’re doing it because it’s healthier to think positive. Let go of the manifestation for a while. And be happy with small progress.

you always gotta take action… you focused on making this video (mental action) and then took more action (physical action) and made the video to say you don’t have to take action… … even when u stay silent that’s a form of action too. If you stayed focus on making this video in your mind and didn’t take physical action and make this video nobody would hear your message … both are pretty equally important … mental action is the beginning of the process your carrying out. I agree your mental focus is important because it’s the start of the process but without physical action it doesn’t matter what action u did in ur mind so what’s more important really? Action is necessary. Effort is not. Big big difference. We can create things from laser focus, visualization and meditation. Those things are action. Without it we can effort/work 100 years and not get what we’re desiring. P.s. learned many years ago, don’t trust “the secret”. It’s concealing the truth…also…how to manifest is not a secret…you can find it on YT…
