Sometimes I can feel that I lack the motivation to do all the things that | usually do and all the tips can't help me being productive, but as you said, "Consistency" is the only thing I didn't drop. I try to study at least 15 minutes a day so I don't break up the chain and with time motivation will find it way to me again

Exactly! I felt this many years ago when I started looking for these type of videos. I failed to get what I want, not because of bad methods, but because I packed discipline and consistency, and a why to power that consistency. The reason why you can't sit down to work is because you do not have inner peace and concentration to do what you want, when you want.

Questions: I have watched quite a few of your videos. You've mentioned being in law school and studying for a Master's degree in history. If it's not too personal, why did you repeat graduate school to pursue another subject? Why not go from law school to a history PhD? Do you have favorite historic era, if so when and for which country/region?

This is one of those tips that are generally true and maybe helpful for neurotypical people but would be counterproductive for a person with ADHD. A good system, a goodmethod us key, because people with ADHD cannot rely on consistency, because they won't have it (usually) on their own willpower. It's the system that must provide enough help that will either make that person (I don't want to repeat "people/person with ADHD but assume I'm always talking about them in this comment) consistent enough, or work without consistency. Any system thar relies on that person remembering to do something or having enough willpower/discipline/enough to do something will fail sooner or later. Instead, the system should be the most convenient and low-maintaince as possible, with enough flexibility to adapt to new needs (including "It's boring, let's change it up" need), and rely on thimgs that actually work (a bit) on people with ADHD, like reminders in visible places (so they can see it without actively looking for it) or alarms, and generally tricking your future brain into doing things. I'm leaving this comment because some people might be confused why standard advice doesn't work for them and where to look for different kinds of advice (adhd tips, preferably written by adhd people; but you don't need to have adhd to use it).

Everything is great i am good in studies and i can improve myself alot *But* I always think about my height . I am 14 year old and i am only 135-140 cm tall So i always keep loosing my confidence. I always think that can i grow more or not .. or i have to live being a short person 😥
@pumpkinproductivity30535 жыл бұрын
U don't have to feel ashamed about ur height because in my school in year 13 there is a girl who is much smaller than that and she might just be 120cm probably. Appearance doesn't make a difference what does is ur knowledge and understanding and being short I have also accepted that. But u can always strive towards doing stretches will not only make u flexible and give u motivation to exercise but also it will help u grow tall. Remember we are unique and beautiful in our own ways and style.
