If there are no alert options for the indicator in the alert settings ( when you create a new alert ) then you would have to add alerts to the code with alert(message,freq) or alertcondition(message,freq) methods, of the code is open source.

What kind of stupid question are you asking? It all depends on your risk management. If you risk 2% in one trade, you will lose this 2%, and in a profitable one you will earn 1.5 times more, i.e. 2*1.5=3%.The coefficient of 1.5 is his return/risk ratio with which he tested the strategy.
