the best way to deal with campers, in my opinion, is to intimidate him, constantly move forward and anticipate his movements, and then strike. When jumping on a camper, you don't need to make a blow, but just jump and make a throw. Some tips against campers/spammers: Most Kibo players start the round with a shuriken throw, against Ironclad's spin attack Marcus's glitch back attack and Sergeant's back attack work, if Cobra gets hit with a heavy attack on you it will almost always use top after that attack, you need to jump up and throw, against most campers, the usual one kick with Ling's leg and then two basic kicks with a katana works, if the opponent is cornered after your kick, DO NOT HIT HIM, go up and throw. The basic way against campers is to spam grabs. Dashes are not necessare to perform a grab. Grab every time - a grab after a grab without jumping is more effective, you can get closer if he rolls away.

I am going to be completely honest and say Hong jo midnight(with precise shift) marcus (with generals luck) shang and fireguard campers with painful burns are broken af at this point the game isn't awarding high skills it's awarding players who can abuse above heros

Marcus needs that block breaker, it suits him perfectly bcs his attacks are slow and the chance to get a successful hit is low as well.. Not to mention that after an attack you can get punished easily with a grab or a hit...

@@ΜαριοςΤσαουσαι it only seems fair when you take only the block breaker talent in account let me explain what I mean Let's assume that ge gets 2 block breaks out of 5 attacks let the attacks be upper attack,back attack heavy attack, normal attack and special attack which he canceled after one swing out of all these only 2 attack are punishable heavy only if it dosent break block and others need you to be in close proximity of marcus if you need to punish him and if you try to hop towards him he can back kick you Now after 5 attacks of his and few of yours his shadow bar is filled and now he heavy attacks you luckily he didn't block break so you hope forward trying to grab him but sike he just went show form making him invincible during that he heals and attacks you with both his shadow move All of the above makes marcus just a better version of sarge as not only his shadow form makes him invincible but he also has shadow moves and now think bout this when sarge heavy attacks you if you predict it you can cancel it by any kind of kick but with marcus due to his reality glitch you can't do it either so you have to absorb the heavy attack risking taking a block break and it dosent help how long his sword is I am not luck enough to have all talents on marcus but if I was then I would happily use him in ranked as I will 100% win and now that shards chest are a thing it's even harder as frm 5 shards chests I only got 1 epic shard which was kibo that I don't use and others were the one who already have all talents

Isnt being a camper just a smart thing to do? Time your attacks, punish your opponents mistakes, be patient. Thats like, Lings whole thing

Jg i am playing with sarge for a long time. Mostly why playing with sarge the opponent after getting perished with grab doesn't attack so instead of down attack or heavy attack use heavy kick where your knees hits the opponents head and then use heavy attack more damage. And since your weapon has more chances of critical hits that heavy kick will provide you a critical hit plus will suppression and also a good damage. Just a thought if you like it try and use it.
