When you first get in your MOC do these -join friend and accept the first alert, decline the second for 3 times -open the criminal enterprise starter pack and press on purchase and when it loads back out for 3 times Then open the criminal enterprise starter pack hover over purchase and bress the select button and gas at the same time (x/R2 for ps4) and quickly join friend and accept the first decline the second alert and open your interaction menu as soon as possible. This is the only way it worked for me from the first try.

@@imran-ep4up if you sell the car you wont be able to sell any other cars for a few days. and if you do it again itll extend to a week, then you lose the chance to ever get custom plates again
