To combine Navys, you can click on the groups individually on the right hand side and hold shift. That lets you select multiple groups which you can then add into one stack

Select all navies at the top right and then right click on another naval admiral to put them together in a deathstack super quickly, you fan then hit the little "weight scale" icon near the top left whilst you have an admiral selected and you can auto-distribute your ships

There is actually a reason to not take danzig or the reparations. It saves a total of 70 years of focuses, you take the land anyways by diplomatically subjugating the nations there, and you even core thr land anyways because you form EU.

Tbf the Weimar Republic was never going to return and any attempt to do so would've caused _another_ civil war as neither the people or military Junta would've allowed it. A lot of people hold up Weimar Berlin as an icon of civil rights but the rest of Germany at the time viewed it as morally corrupt and the government itself was extraordinary politically and financially corrupt. While I wouldn't call the NSDP peaceful they were elected and the Weimar government set the stage.
