How many teams have won the double since MLS came into existence?

Just get a breakdown of all the potential teams a week before each level of the competition. ESPN FC with Sebastian and Herc or you guys and Charlie, get Alexi and Mossey on it. These are just the channels on KZbin I like but they can get on cbs abc or nbc late night 7 days before and have it streaming at all times after that.
