thank you. I'm 47 and left school when I was about 14 with no GCSEs. I have just enrolled with the OU to complete an access course in sciences to go on towards a degree in science( biology). I am so excited and scared. but really looking forward to it.

How many hours would you say you spent studying per week? Do you think the OUs estimations of how long it’ll take study full time (32 hours per week, I believe) is accurate? I guess it probably depends on your assignments/when exams are coming up!

I work 32 hours a week, and I'm thinking of doing psychology at OU full time. What was your study timetable like? How did you manage your time? How much did your study time increase in the 2nd and 3rd year? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I just wonder is it possible to study Business Management (Honours) full time on OU whilst working full time 40 hours a week? How many hours would it take to study daily?

How many hours of OU work did you approximately daily, for example on days you we working (at job) how many hours did you put into uni work? And then when you weren't working etc.

marija When I was working some nights I would do none but some days I would do anywhere between 1-3 hours, days when not working I could spend just a couple of hours or near enough the whole day depending on deadlines and personal commitments. 😊
