That's only an easy and reliable method if your institution's cybersecurity policies are trash. I worked for a hospital that mandated two-factor authorization for basic services for all employees, and an additional but separate two-factor authorization for anything to do with prescriptions. The only thing they were missing was a compliance policy that would enforce a three-strikes policy for violations of their cybersecurity framework. Any institution that doesn't take similar bare-minimum precautions deserves every lawsuit and ransomware attack that comes their way. If your institution can't afford to change with the times, it shouldn't be in business.

Could a Johnathan have their own login? Since they're supposed to do the documentation anyway?
@SatumainenOlento2 жыл бұрын
@@saturnstorm85 Yes, that is actually how it must be if the systems works well. My mum handles medical data every day and she has to click into different programs and data places with her own passwords. And every time she clicks into patient history it leaves a note that she did visit the data. Because then there is clear trail who did see certain information and it can be traced back if something goes wrong. This is how it is done in Finland. I am sure how well this ably to everywhere. Probably, everybody has their own passwords, but visiting certain patient record might not leave electronical signature every time.
