I was very disappointed after watching this movie. mostly because the story was promising, and actors were excellent. especially the chemistry between leighton and hugh from those two house episodes, season 3. shame, this could have been a great movie.

What do you mean by "do they honestly think this could happen in reality?" ? Just because it seems weird to you or you haven't seen something like that happening in your life doesn't mean that it can't happen. Is other thing not liking the idea of it & completely different not accepting that is happening.
