As an optometrist, I recommend staying away from prostaglandins if possible. They have been shown to be damaging to the oil glands in the lids and therefore tied to dry eye disease. Prostaglandins are found in certain glaucoma medications and Latisse which require a prescription - they also come with side effects like pigmentation of the skin/iris, reduction of orbital fat, dryness, irritation, redness etc. I’ve found success personally and for my patients with peptide serums. So far the serum from Sweed has been a winner. Trying the Ordinary next!

I’ve been using on my eyelashes for 7 weeks. I was hoping for an improvement but was skeptical. This works great on my lashes!! I’m 58 years old and over the last few years my lashes have started having gaps where there would be no lashes, or areas of lashes that were shorter than others. I can’t believe how much this has helped. My lashes are full now. I don’t have gaps or shorter areas. They haven’t looked this good in 15 or more years. I took an after pic a couple of weeks ago to send to my sister. I wish I had taken a before picture for comparison.

I have been using ForChics on my brow and eyelashes for a few months and my brow are more fuller. I didn’t have much brow to start with so it did an amazing job. But not so much for the eyelashes so I will try the ordinary instead. Thanks for this great video!

For your eyebrow situation, it could be that your experiencing an acceleration of the growth cycle and that shedding is part of that. I just watched an led hair growth treatment video and the dr, dray said you experience shedding in the first 3 months… would be interesting to see in a few months. I personally love this produvt on my lashes even if my lashes are pretty good to start with like you!

I had some irritation around my eyes when I first started. However, I started applying the serum a bit above my lashes, not touching my lashes with the brush. Now, I don't get any irritation.

I have also been using this for over a month now. It has helped me to regrow the brow where hair looked a bit sparse. Also, seems to be doing great things to my lashes...definitely longer and fuller, they look amazing with mascara on now. I'm in the UK - UKlash serum is the most popular currently, sells for around 40 quids and I have checked ingredients: exactly the same peptides as the one from the Ordinary (actually higher up in the ingredient list!), so will be sticking to Ordinary!

I've been using this for a few weeks on my eyebrows and I definitely see hair growing in places where I haven't seen hair in years. I can't wait to see what it looks like in a few months! I tried it on my lashes for a few days but it was a bit irritating and I felt like it may have been making me lose eyelashes. Like I was losing more than usual in the morning when I woke up. Maybe I'll try it again.

I used to use the Jamaican Black castor oil for my lashes and they made my lashes super long! I loved how the product worked but after a while I got a sensivity to it and it made my eyes swollen and I had to stop using it. :'( I'm trying to find a good alternative and I think I'm going to give this Ordinary lash serum a try. :)

I see the complete opposite in your after photos. Your eyebrow on the left looks filled in . I think the serum did a very good job. Plus you have to remember that we all go through a fallout period. Our lashes fallout every 60 days. I can honestly say your left brow looks better

I used it on my brows then my eyelid got a terrible inflammation. So I recommend you buy two and use on for the brow on for the eyelid. I’m still waiting for my eyelid to heal

I have been using the serum for only one month and I don't have the greatest camera on my phone, which makes it a bit more difficult to spot any differences. That having been said, after 30 days, I don't see major changes. I have full eyebrows and fairly normal and healthy lashes already. Considering these are only peptides, I would imagine it will take longer than 30 days to see any real results. Once I finish this tube I will see if K want to repurchase another one

I stopped Grandelash in the beginning of May and started using this. My lashes are falling out and they don’t look as good as they did with Grandelash. Pretty disappointed as this is cheaper and doesn’t contain prostaglandins. This doesn’t compare to Grandelash for me 🙁

I acquired a scar on my right eyebrow at work 2 years ago. I already use the Hair Density serum. I used to dab that on my brows too. I have barely been using the Lash and Brow serum for a week, and so I don't know which serum really helped but I swear the scar is getting covered up by thicker hair. I'm pleased with the results, but I just don't know now if it was the Hair Density serum or the Lash and Brow. I'm gonna give credit to the hair density serum, though, as I was using that one much longer than the newer one.

You gave it a good go. I don't think I'll try this. I've been using Grande Lash for about a month and I've actually had to cut a couple of my lashes as crazy long. Castor oil is wonderful if you just want to condition the brows and lashes. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Hello Ashley, I had started using this lash serum just before you did, did nothing for my brows (not surprised though) to tell you the truth, as for the lashes, they are slightly growing on a very slow as molasses kind of pace, I like the other one that I told you about with the amino acids, they grew fast and dense (the purple one). I will continue using the ordinary eyelash serum on my lashes till the bottle is empty, will I repurchase.... don't think so.

My eye brows have tons of breakage, luckily I have naturally full brows so it's not as noticable but it is still annoying. For me, it has to do with getting my retinol or other products too close to my brows 😒 that said, thinning brows is a common sign of thyroid issues so definitely get blood work done to rule that out!

My only recommendation is that 50 days is not a real indicator, even for the prostglandin eye lash serums, them even can take 3 to 6 months to show real changes, so I would love to see a 3 month and 6 months results! I am going to buy it anyway!

I know that 50 days isn't long enough but the Ordinary says you "could" see a difference as little as four weeks so that is why I did an update now but I will be doing another update in the fall.

Been using The Ordinary brown/lash serum for about 3 weeks, only on my brows, and haven’t noticed any difference. I got better results using Loreal Lash/Brow serum than using this. 😠 I feel it was a waste of money. I didn’t know about that active brow/lash ingredient you talked about. Now I’m going to try revitalash and see how it works on me. I think your brow looks thicker and darker throughout the whole brow, but the front tip of yours brow is a teeny teeny bit more sparse. But I kinda think it *may* be the way your brows are laying in the front? Maybe? Lol but they’re your brows and if you feel they’re more sparse then they probably are

You may want to try Milk Makeup’s brow and lash serum which gave me excellent results the others didn’t for both my lashes and brows. It’s around the same price as Revitalash but you get more product. I haven’t been using the Ordinary one long enough to accurately say one way or the other. However the Ordinary is way cheaper than the rest at around $10 versus $50 for the others so definitely not a waste of money in this arena.

@@SincerelyMissAsh Maybe if you zoom in on the picture, you see that your eye lashes are the exact to the dot. The smallest details, the smallest lashes and how they lay, and they are laying the exact same way on both pictures. Its impossible that your lashes are laying 100 % the same way twice with days/weeks/months in between. What is the chance of that? I love your channel, I really do! I think you are doing great work. I thought I point it out since it might have been a honest mistake while picking the before and after picture.

Grande brow contains a prostaglandine derivative and I is dangerous. I d live to try it but I m afraid and don t want to get irreversible effects. I just read again articles speaking about its dangerous effects. 😞

Hmm your left brow problem… it’s possible that it got worse to get better… In most anti hair loss products - when your start using them- at first 2, 3 months you loose more hair then normal ( new hairfolicules are pushing old hairs) . The same mechanism can be here…

Your lashes on the after, look denser than before. The same result with your brows, from the picture I couldn't see that is was any less sparse on the before.

I don't want to believe it but really, in all honesty: this it not a before and after photo. Every single hair is exactly the same in both photos. If you zoom into the before and after - there is not one single hair that lays a little different. That is absolutely and 100% not possible. I am so sorry to write this because I love you as a content created but I just cannot let people believe the before and after like this. But you did prolong the lashes in the after photo a little - that's easy to do in photoshop.
