What if Anakin couldn't kill the younglings? Think about it: "Anakin, now Darth Vader, ignited his lightsaber. The younglings flinched. He could not breathe, they stood no chance against him. They were not Battle Droids or the traitorous Jedi, they were children. He thought of Padmé: they were soon to have a child of their own-the thought of killing a child and alienating her was too much. It would haunt him for the rest of his life, like a shadow. He closed his eyes, thinking carefully about his next move."

I always find it a little annoying that “humans” are able to adapt to almost anything while aliens get Pidgeonholed. I know it’s for ease, but it always strikes me as odd since many animals on earth are just as adaptable as humans. It would stand to reasons that, in order to achieve space flight, you have to have some pretty impressive skills in various fields. And yet its only humans that have unique characteristics while everyone else is basically a copy of another.
@GalaxyDogenut3 жыл бұрын
Agreed.
@lenkagamine41453 жыл бұрын
Humans are naturally an unusually adaptable species. And thats not because of technology or anything. We are a highly generalized species, able to live in various climates and eat a wide variety of foods. Adaptations which make us more adaptable include our ability to sweat, our omnivorous diets, and not relying on local temperatures to know when to breed, hibernate, etc. If you were to, say, take a tuatara and make them fully sentient and intelligent, they still wouldnt be able to adapt to very distinct climates or diets very easily. Now thats not to say you couldnt also have adaptable aliens, there are other animals that are similarly or even more adaptable than humans. But humans are still fairly high on the 'adaptability' scale. Many animals arent even able to reproduce in a different climate.

There's a problem with this history. The Zel was able to cast the Tongue off the planet. Then later the Zel aka humans were able to learn from the Rikkota to obtain their own space travel. Do you see the issue? So, if the Tongues were able to leave the planet, then they already had their own space technology, far before the Zel (humans) did. So, how did the Zel even win if their technology was so far below the Tongue that they had space technology first???? This is the problem with comic book history, or at the very least someone not properly thinking it through when they made this crap up. :P

I have another theory: When they say, "a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away,at the beginning of every Star Wars movie, we can assume that the movie is actually taking place in our galaxy, in the far, far future, say, the year 10000, and us, the viewers, are actually a different alien species in a different galaxy even farther into the future, say, the year 100000. The reason that humans are in the movies is because the movies are taking place in our galaxy, but humans have become so advanced (since its like the year 10000) that we have spaceships and all that other stuff. And, the reason it says, "in a galaxy far, far away," is because the alien species viewing the movie (us) is in a whole other galaxy in a whole other time frame.We can't always assume that the people viewing the movies (us) are always humans. This may have made no sense at all, but its makes sense to me, and its really hard to explain. It would be easier to explain via a drawing.

Alien Exodus would have addressed the origins of Humans in the Star Wars Galaxy by revealing that three Earth-based explorers Antonia Corelli, Paxton Solo and Dale Henderson escaped the now robot-dominated planet by accidently getting into a cosmic wormhole sending back billions of years into the past and settling on Corellia thus creating everything we know happened in Star Wars plus a slave revolt by Cosmo Hendar (the Skywalker) in which he sacrificed himself to allow the Human and non-Human slaves to freedom on another world from the Varlians (basically proto-Rakata).

I like to think space explorers from future Earth went through a wormhole and got teleported tens of thousands of years in the past to the Star Wars galaxy and then found Coruscant to be very habitable

I mean looking at it as if the Zel evolved in a similiar envoirement to that on earth, being the Ancestors of humans their early development into the way we know them would have them live as hunter- gatherers for what in the end our bodys are built for. We might not realise it, but i think its rather our creative thinking and such things that lets us dominate this planet. As our bodys are not quite adaptable. I mean we aren't naturally super strong or anything, and our bodys can still easily be hurt, and we require a specific atmosphere to breathe in. Doesn't look so great as i see it. Or for the sake of entertainment value we just accept the humans to be superior.

NoWorriesMate You are greatly underestimating homo sapiens biology. As a matter of fact, the human body is actually exceptionally strong and resistant. But if you used your full body capabilities without minding your own safety, you'd have lot of health problem afterwards. Doesn't change the fact that your body could be strong enough to wrestle down a fucking lion or the like. And yes human body is resistant as fuck. We can survive shit much better than even the largest predators. Peoples routinely survives bullets to the head, or having large parts of their body torn apart, and yet they still stand on their feets and sometimes even fight back. And yes the human body is adaptable. Very much so. We inhabit all extreme temperatures areas on Earth. From the hottest deserts to the coldest artic wastes, we live in those.
