That was so adorable!! That baby was probably teething because when they are they’re gums are in a constant state of pain and they cope with the pain by biting on stuff. My little brother always used used to grabs my fingers and put them in his mouth if he didn’t have a pacifier.

There is one part when hayley went to elijah's mind to save him. The red door scene..n then hope came to save her mother... That tine hayley was afraid of elijah.. She held hope, pull hope towards her.. Afraid elijah might hurt them but with klaus she has that strong faith that he will always protect their daughter...she never doubt that...

What bothered me about Originals is that it all started with Hayley's pregnancy and everything revolved around Klaus and his child. But there lacked substantial moments between parents and child. I rather see the relationships between parent and child, that would have made more sense in Klaus character development. They barely showed Klaus and Hayley raising their child together
