Is Freya really that dumb? Up until then I liked Freya more than Rebekah but she really made me mad in that season. Ok I can forgive what she did in 5x8 as that was probably the right move to make but helping Hope get bound and letting Vincent live instead of killing him to name 2 I can think of are things I hate her for.

Personally I think what she did in 5x8 was wrong too. She kept making bad decisions for Hope instead of talking to Klaus. Ultimately her bad decisions led to the deaths of her brothers. She’s similar to Elijah, they will do anything for their family but never consider the long term consequences of their actions.

@@AlexiaAllen84 Both Elijah and Freya do consider the long term consequences usually and exception to this rule is probably when they daggered Klaus not realizing it wouldn't end well for them but they are still prone to bad decisions and stupid mistakes from which they fail to learn for some reason.

@@ogilongnose1115 Yeah they all make bad decisions. However, I would say Klaus and Kol know how to handle situations better which is strange since they are both impulsive. It's probably because they are cunning and strategic. Elijah and Freya are both intelligent but they allow their love for their family to blind them. For example, when Elijah ripped Marcel's heart out which led to the mikaelson's downfall.

@@shanicegill7905 Mostly true but to be fair the Marcellus and heart thing was just plot and wouldn't have occured. Do you really think Marcellus could have stopped and thrown Klaus away in his tracks with 1 arm like he did when the guy isn't even skilled with his vampire speed? That was just plot. And do you really think Klaus or Elijah wouldn't have with their paranoia suspected he already drank it? Or that both of them together with their great minds couldn't find a way out of that situation like maybe neck snapping and then locking him up and later compelling him to forget or something? It was all just plot and so was Marcellus achieving what he did in 3x22 considering he is actually still inferior to Klaus as confirmed by the fact that the latter never used his full power yet could still hold his own as shown in 4x5.

Why would she kill Vincent? He didn’t do anything. As for binding Hope; that was Hope’s decision, not hers, and she literally tried to talk her out of it

Appears so. Watching Healey binding her werewolf side made me realize how klaus felt .Her screams
