It's so surreal because they all play siblings although they come from all over the world and you can literally hear that. The accents: American (Freya), Britain (Klaus), Australian (Kol and Rebekah), Canadian/New Zealand (Elijah) . . . I wonder why everybody's mad about the ships but not about this unrealistic casting ^^ (I love the cast anyways, it's just something I find quiet interesting)

When I heard Daniel Gillies say that he thought season 5 was going to be the last season (this was about 1 month ago) I thought, "Can we at least have a 22-episode final season". 22-episodes would give enough time to wrap up the hollow storyline and start and finish another storyline, but no we only get 13 episodes. Rumors have been rampant about the possible Klaroline reunion. However, in all honesty I only really care about Haylijah (as much as I like Freelin). I started watching TO before TVD and the chemistry between Daniel and Phoebe is amazing and for them not to end up together would be sad. I mean the writers killed Jackson just so Hayley could be with Elijah. Still even though this is the last season I cannot wait for it to start.

(in my opinion SOOOO much better than #TVD) i will watch: mainly to see Klaus reunite with hope and have a chance of a father/daughter relationship he has been cheated out from majority of hope's life, haylijah and freya/keelin (expand on their relationship - as much as i love it - i felt it was rushed cuz of s4's 13 eps as well)
