I always pictured Klaus's and Marcel's relationship as a Shakespearean one. You have the Mad King (Klaus) and the noble-ish Prince who ends up overthrowing his father only to realize that he is exactly as mad as his father is. The relationship between the two of them is one of the many reasons why The Originals is superior to Vampire Diaries in every way.

I think it was mentioned on episode 1x04 on how Klaus taught Marcel how to read with this book about this son who became king only to have lost his soul and for some reason i feel like thats foreshadowing Marcel's future as king. Definitely feels like a Shakespeare thing. I just hope it wont end tragically but my gut tells me it will which would make sense considering the dangerous life they have.

Last I just finished originals and I have to say it really moved every inch of my body and soul moving. I cryed my eyes out with all 5 seasons and cami's death really got me off guard just like Hayley's

The 2 major time jumps in TO was too much.. just to speed up the show and end it to quickly to start legacies.. They could've extended TO to upto atleast 7 seasons.. I wasn't very happy with the way the last season went. But overall.. it's cool. Legacies is a nice show too. But i really really miss The Originals. Deserved a better ending.

well last i checked she had it rough after been a harvest girl n s1 hunted down by the all covens in the quarter. by s2 she was already putting mikael on her leash for some unknown reason b4 kolvina even decided2 become canon on the show. her deal was always w klaus, noone else. until kol came along. she was nothing but a witch who cudnt get what she wanted,bc her mother chose her 2b a sacrifice for celeste. by the time dahlia arrived n 2b. davina was already n luv w kol even after finncent kill koleb. so when s3 came forth. davina was still plotting her revenge against klaus while bringing back kol since the trinity already made her that deal after all3 had slumbered rebekah, since she was the one finding a way to bring kol back. so when 3b came. davina had done 3 things. she had broken klaus' sireline and his rogue-vengeful sires wanted him dead. but never realized to harm hope, none of them, not even the trinity (lucien/aurora/tristan) not even aya. so, in the process davina brought kol back, freya brought finn back. since klaus left w hayley&hope to find her pack which btw was foreshadowing luciens madness and more thought out revenge plot than davina ever thought to come up w. tho the ancestors hijacked that resurrection spell for kol and he was affected by the influence of killing her. and still marcel blamed kol, when it was davinas fault at hand. she was warned by the ancestors, even kol knew their warning. still marcel blamed kol for killing davina when it was the ancestors fault. adoptive daughter or not. i just know marcel is totally dying by the end of this season. make room for a new big bad. and mayb some other potential spinoff. to keep a third going. since its mother ship is ending w 16eps. seriously, if TOs end. i will totally b dust. tvd/tos are the only2 vamp/werewolf shows i like. tho i luv tos more, but tvd have run its course. its time and fine w it. all their stories died when nina/elena charac left. i luv tos. i just dont want davina back. kol always had this obsession w d/clare family. lines ended w her. unless her dads still alive. lol *apologies for the long post* :)
