I hate how the producers make Freya so weak and act like a level 2 witch. Like isnt she literally the most powerful witch in the world now that Dalya is gone? ugh

She's not weak, its just that her mortal body is now her problem, she can kill people she want but she can also be defeated by doing a surprise attack just as Aya and this witch did here by making an anti magic zone for Freya, if they really had to make anti magic zone for Freya to prevent her from interrupting them then that alone shows how powerful and scary she is.

@@mitchellc.1116 nah cuz witches can literally make a spell to protect theirselves from any attack like how Dalya did, or Sabine did when she and her goons went to find Davina in season 1, and even Klaus's witch from tvd when he was in alaric. There is no excuse especially since freya is way way older than them all and was taught by the one and only Dalya

@@ChongChin I don't have an answer for that one, but she couldn't make herself immortal because she would return to the 100 years of sleep which she didn't like, she's probably strong enough to take on anybody which is why I think she doesn't rely on protection spells, she literally took down all 4 originals in 5x12

@@mitchellc.1116 if these newbie witches can do strong protection spells and even slow their aging process like that witch from tvd when Stefan and klaus first met did, freya should’ve been able to do a million times better. The writers and producers were just extremely lazy to even explore that

@@ChongChin She don't need to stop her aging, she has lived long enough and is still younger than most witches. Plot, because if Freya were to beat every character then the show wouldn't be as entertaining as it is now

Both the vampire diaries and the originals were so enjoyable and at times actually pretty good that I can't believe how nonsensically bad legacies turned out to be. It almost ruins the previous series (which I loved) by association. Seriously, don't bother watching it, it's deeply terrible!

It's a totally different vibe, but that doesn't make it bad. While Originals is the darker spin-off, Legacies is the lighter, cheesier spin-off and there's nothing wrong with that. It actually gives me more of a Buffy vibe. It's totally up to him whether he watches it or not. He may hate it, he may love it. Don't decide that for him.
