I asked my father who is born in 1963, about what decennia he liked the most. He said 80's, 70's, 90's and a bit of 2000's, in that order. He praised 4 decennia and didn't give a single praise to 2010's. I feel like that's the general consensus these days of people that are over 30. I grew up on Beavis & Butthead. My best friend & I could recite entire skits and we both did the voices pretty well too. I was an intern at MTV in the 90s. Got to help out on various shows at that time…mtv sports, the grind, yo mtv raps, mtv news, John Stewart and beavis and butthead. Those guys were just holed up in the basement drawing. There were always discarded drawings and storyboards that I guess didn’t make the cut. I asked a guy once if it were ok if I took one in the garbage. He said sure. Ended up giving it to my roommate at the time. He loved the show. Wonder if he still has it and if so, if it’s worth anything. Maybe if I kept it I could pay for my cars gas now. Lol

Beavis and Butthead always had these simple but hilarious lines and situations. Mr.Anderson: Are you the boys that stole my lawnmower?" Butthead: Uhhh, no those were other kids, huh huh huh" The line I still use to this day was from the near beer episode, where Beavis and Butthead buy some 0% beer from a store thinking they are getting away with something. They drink a few and the police find them seemingly drunk. They are about to be arrested, when the cop sees the 0% beer and he says the line "Those kids aren't drunk they're just stupid"
