So many things to break down in this scene 1. No one in the office reacts to Terry yelling because he's always yelling 2. Allen getting all scientific about how lions don't swim then talking about tuna making a breathing apparatus with kelp 3. The fact that Terry never once interrupts and listens to the entire breakdown (even asking questions, "how you gonna do that?") 4. Terry playing solitaire

How did he know the reason why marine animals can not survive above water and come up with a very scientific solution (using kelp to synthesise the concentration of air to be the same concentration as sea water); a solution which would need to be corroborated with marine biologists, physicists, etc. after the fact (MPA requirements) - all off the top of his head? Or it was written beforehand instead of ad-libbed.

You know what's great about this scene? It's the fact that this ENTIRE Tuna Monologue was IMPROVISED by will F Ferrel. That is how quick that man's mind can think. Made up on the spot. That's why it works and that's why this scene is very funny.
