I am using a EZP2019+ to read and write the EEprom from the BIOS-chip of my PC-mainboard. This is simply a connector and a little USB-SPI-converter. If you do not have the right program from the producer of this Mini-Splt-Device, then you can read the EEprom of a working device and store the intel-hex-file on your PC. But you need the same device with the same mainboard to get a copy of the program. The 24C08RP has only 8kbit (1kbyte) of EEprom, so there will not be a program on it, this could be some configuration data or it is used as memory to store the temperature and fan settings.

Over Euro AIRE 1.5 ton unit show E0 Error. Change indoor card but same showing E0 Error. It means outdoor unit pcb card problems. I change outdoor unit temporarily
