WONDERFUL! i think and got feel that I am "Fall in Love" with Føroyar (Faroes - Faroe Islands)! I did start to go around the World from my 3 years of age only, cause my dad was a Seaman 30+ years long, and my mom took me with her on Ship(s) to be with dad... I seen many places... but Føroyar hit me skin deep in the Heart! Watching all videos about Føroyar - that I got need to "Take Off" and "Fly Like an Eagle"!

Thank you! Regarding the best month to visit, I'll paste the section I wrote for this on my blog: "Weather here can be quite unpredictable. It’s common to somewhat experience all 4 seasons in just one day! But yes, generally, sunny days here are rare because the islands are mostly windy, cloudy and chilly. For starters, expect cool summers (with an average temperature of 13°C) and mild winters (with an average temperature of 3°C). I went here in the summer around end of June and the days can really have long hours of sunlight with the sun setting after 11PM or even later! (The longest day will be in June 21 spanning at almost 20 hours). As for winter, it can be as short as 5 hours - imagine that…With all that said, it’s best to visit the archipelago around June to September to enjoy the green scenery. Don’t forget to pack your jacket!"

WOW! Amazing video! You remind me of my unforgettable trip to Faroe Islands in June! But so pity I don't have enough time to go to Vidareidi. I hope next time I could make it there! Could you tell me is it difficult to climb to the top of the mountain near Vidareidi? And how long it takes to up and down? Like the picture you standing on the rock in the end. I travel with my parents so I'm afraid it would be impossible for them to climb. Thx:)

Thank you Frank! Much like you, I hope to visit again - there's just too much to see! As for the mountain in Vidareidi, difficulty is moderate to difficult and it can take 2.5 hours. For the end images, that was all take during my hike up Mt. Villingardalsfjall. You can read all about it here: iamaileen.com/hiking-faroe-islands-villingardalsfjall-denmark/ These 2 hikes might not be good for your parents if they're old or are not regular hikers. But there are a lot more other hikes in Faroe that have an easy level of difficulty :)
