When I was 19, Saturday morning, sun streaming in window, laying in bed. Radio clicked on the alarm clock, first chord of “voices of babylon” perfect timing. Never looked back. Great band. Deserved to be much wider known.

It's never too late to discover something beautiful and life changing, happened to me when I first heard this song, I thought I'd heard the best music, then I heard this song at a pivotal moment in my life and it became my favorite song of all time

@FireTiger941 we've sold been in these very shoes at one point or another in our lives. Happy to know music helped you out, especially the Outfield. I don't think Tony and the guys had any idea the lives they either touched or saved. I am forever grateful to an 80's hard rock band Y&T for a song they wrote " Come In From The Rain " if you're not familiar, give it a good listen. Promise you won't be disappointed

Why isn't this song as popular as "Your Love"? I think this is their best song! Amazing!

Though all his songs have a special place in my heart but the one that stands out captivating my heart & soul is "For You ". Mind blowing number. A stupendous song with lovely notes of music and rythm gives me goosebumps even now when i hear it . Am 60 now but love this song from the great singer . Heart breaking to hear the sad news of Tony Lweis who had given so much joy by way of his musical blitz in our lives . RIP . 🙏

This song is so good, the instruments and lyrics are just so smooth. Unfortunately i think we all feel this way about someone, it's nice that someone can organize that feeling and put it into words.

Woke up to this tune in my head a couple years ago. Brought with it a flood of memories from my late teens which I wrote and shared. Touched a number of people. RIP Tony! Sad you’re gone so early.

I came up with my own rendition of the guitar part with my delay pedal cause there's no guitar tutorials on it out there lol.

What did you use. I was thinking about it, too. I have a 90's wawa and would not do it.
@CDmusic1011 ай бұрын
@kichigan1 I have a simple TC Electronic delay pedal. I use it for U2 songs, and i'll use it for originals.
