Hi mate. Keep up the good work 👌🏻 Re clicking noise, my brand new powerfly makes the same noise. I've narrowed it down to the headset. Unfortunately, i can't get the bike back to the shop till next month. I've reset the headset torque settings umpteen times, but the noise is back after about 10 miles... grrrrrr.

Thanks Ian, yep it is so annoying having clicks. I’m taking mine in on Thursday, fingers crossed it is an easy fix.

I had the same clicking issue on my Trek Rail, eventually it turned out to be a dry headset. A little bit of grease in the headset fixed it. Reaĺly annoying on brand new bike. Good video, nice to see some love for Pines 😂

Cheers mate, glad you liked the Vid. Yep much love for Sherwood pines. I will go back next time I’m visiting family. I was thinking the head set. Bikes only done 200 miles but someone mentioned that you would be surprised the little amounts of grease they sometimes put on when they build them.

Clicking might be the battery holder I know this was an issue on the Rail 7 . There is a mod that can be done by a Trek dealer.

Thanks Matt, I’m taking it in to the dealer this week so I will mention it. 👍. Much appreciated mate. I hope it’s an easy fix, rattles and clicks do my head in. 😂😂😂.
